They literally suck . Don’t even bother. First time, the guy polished my whole feet trying to polish my toes, second time, I’m sitting for an hour then I get up to ask how much longer until my nails are done and he wanna get smart. I’m the wrong one to get smart with.
When I tell y'all I have finally found my forever nail salon!! These people at Luxe Nail Spa were AMAZING. Friendly, courteous and professional while making you feel at home. And Miss Karen did my nails exactly the way I wanted. She is amazing 🤎
Horrible Horrible Experience, I don’t even think they deserve one star. I asked for a full set today. I paid $55. To start my nails are a lot shorter than what I asked for. My skin is stuck to the nails underneath and hurt. Look at how crooked my middle and ring nails are, they are leaning towards the left. It looks like I have alien hands/nails. I do not recommend this place nor will I ever come back. Their location is so deceiving. It looks posh but customer service is terrible. They gave me someone who is inexperienced and a simple regular nail polish seemed tough! I asked for an experienced person and when they came, they didn’t address the problem, they just started painting my nails in a rush! No one addressed the fact that, I was not happy with service. Pls do not go there, not worth your time and peace.
