THEY OVERCHARGE!!!! If you go here, beware that the prices on the menu are not accurate and they will overcharge you. I've been going to this place for a year now. I got a $45 gel pedicure, I paid $50 and tipped $5 so in total $55. I left, got in my car and the owner started waving me down. I get out of my car and she tells me that I owe her $7. Gives your one price on the phone and another in person. Then proceeds to do the nails like they don’t care about the outcome because you actually stood up for yourself. Never coming back

The first time I went to this salon I came for an eyebrow wax, the service was amazing and staff was so kind, I loved how my brows turned out! Unfortunately this Thursday I came back for the same service to get my brows waxed, service was amazing but the wax burned my skin(or ripped) and it stung a lot, I am left with a mark/scar on my eyelid. I really enjoyed the service and how my brows were done but I am disappointed about how it burnt my skin.

*FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE* Whole experience was an inconvenience . Called to make an appointment 4 hours in advance for 3 people, came on time but was only to have 1/3 serviced. After 15 minutes, my sister and I were able to have a spot.I started explaining the nail design i wanted which was, a tapered squared shape , black and white striped french tip. Luxe nail spa is the only place I go for eyebrows. Whenever I decided to do anything else they are my go to as well. The staff is really kind, I've never had a bad expierence and I have frequented here for a few years. My daughter had her first manicure and pedicure there and she loved how special the staff made her feel.
