*FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE* Whole experience was an inconvenience . Called to make an appointment 4 hours in advance for 3 people, came on time but was only to have 1/3 serviced. After 15 minutes, my sister and I were able to have a spot.I started explaining the nail design i wanted which was, a tapered squared shape , black and white striped french tip. Luxe nail spa is the only place I go for eyebrows. Whenever I decided to do anything else they are my go to as well. The staff is really kind, I've never had a bad expierence and I have frequented here for a few years. My daughter had her first manicure and pedicure there and she loved how special the staff made her feel.
Didn't get to get my nails done today but watched Stephanie do someone else's nails while I was waiting. Ended up leaving because the wait time from our appointment ended up being longer than we could wait. Stephanie is an artist. She did an Amazing set of nails while I waited. They were PERFECTLY shaped and natural looking. Make sure you make an appointment and have a few hours to stay. They are MEGA Busy!!! Update... went back and had a manicure and pedicure.
