Looked for a new nail salon as the one I was going to closed. With that said I started coming here. I went about 4 times, I get acrylic fills. I’ve never in the past 2 years where I had been going have had so many nails pop off. I decide to get a new set the last time and 3 new nails popped off, most are lifting! I will not be going back here and I should have took the 3.9 rating more seriously!
This place is amazing I will only go there to get my nails done we all talk and laugh with each other, my nail tech always does so good on my nails. Today was amazing experience very funny
Been going to luxe for over 3 years and will never go back the owners are extremely rude and unorganized. Went for my appointment with Kay that’s been scheduled for over 2 weeks walked in waited 10 minutes or so and was grabbed my another nail technician when I told him I had an appointment with Kay van then told me she had been on vacation and won’t be back till next week I was not informed when I had booked the appointment nor was I informed when I walked in for my appointment.
