I have been going to Luxe for a little over two years. I have seen a few people there like Ping and Bo. I was honestly very pleased with both their work. The time before last I had a scheduled appointment with Bo. I arrive for someone to tell me Bo was out. I told them I was not notified but I am here and have an event and need my nails done. I am so incredibly disappointed, and have never left a poor review in my life.About a week ago, I had made an appointment in advance with my friend. I booked with Bo and my appointment was confirmed. i recently came in wanting to get my nails back on since i have a bunch of fun events going over the next few months!! this place never misses!! i had the lovely opportunity of having kay do my nails and it’s safe to say she did an amazing job!! i will be back
