i usually come here and my nails are done beautifully. however, i came home not realizing i paid for a very sloppy set. i had asked the woman to correct my nails (they were crooked and uneven) and she began to then stopped. my fingers are still covered in acrylic and polish residue and my cuticles are flooded with acrylic (LEADS TO CONTACT DERMATITIS) . i’m hoping to get a refund from my bank as they are painful and itchy. both my friend and my sister have had a similar issue with the same woman. i would’ve asked for it to b... read more

Just had a pedi. Fantastic! And I'm a 59 y/o male who has never had one in the past. My wife suggested it. Loved it. Love Luxe. They didn't make me feel awkward or anything, but I think the female clientele were a bit shocked to see someone like me in there! Definitely going back.

Looked for a new nail salon as the one I was going to closed. With that said I started coming here. I went about 4 times, I get acrylic fills. I’ve never in the past 2 years where I had been going have had so many nails pop off. I decide to get a new set the last time and 3 new nails popped off, most are lifting! I will not be going back here and I should have took the 3.9 rating more seriously!
