Been going to luxe for over 3 years and will never go back the owners are extremely rude and unorganized. Went for my appointment with Kay that’s been scheduled for over 2 weeks walked in waited 10 minutes or so and was grabbed my another nail technician when I told him I had an appointment with Kay van then told me she had been on vacation and won’t be back till next week I was not informed when I had booked the appointment nor was I informed when I walked in for my appointment. They always do a great job with my nails!
I have been going to Luxe for a little over two years. I have seen a few people there like Ping and Bo. I was honestly very pleased with both their work. The time before last I had a scheduled appointment with Bo. I arrive for someone to tell me Bo was out. I told them I was not notified but I am here and have an event and need my nails done. Very detail-oriented & dedicated to perfecting their craft! Love my nails. Clean and calm atmosphere. Will definitely be back! (This review and first photo is from 2023) EDIT****Went back for my 2025 wedding nails. They did amazing!!! Thank you luxe!
