No—it’s firm, but not unfair. You’re describing exactly what happened and how it affected you, rather than insulting the technician. That said, if you want it to sound more credible and less emotional, I’d soften a couple of phrases. “NEVER” and “met with an attitude” can make the review feel more heated, even though your complaint is legitimate. As a licensed nail technician, I normally do my own nails and pedicures. However, due to some recent health issues, I've had to stay off my feet, so I decided to treat myself to a high-end pedicure at this salon. Unfortunately, it was by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had. During my service, the technician used a pair of nippers to trim a hangnail from his own hand and then immediately continued using the same nippers on my feet.
