Was not treated equally to other minorities and caucasian customers. I have been going to this salon since February every other week spending $60 to $120 and have tolerated the behavior because I somewhat like the work and atmosphere but I have noticed the last couple times I went nail artist would do my pedicures any kind a way not offer me any beverages but take their time with other and cater to other customers. I only ever went to individual nail techs because I’ve never trusted nail salons but ever since moving to the Allen/Plano area, I tried different salons as I’m not familiar with any individual nail techs. Out of the many I tried, Luxe has been the only one I’ve felt comfortable coming back to. I LOVE the staff here especially Vivian and Dylan have always been soso helpful, talented and give me a perfect set every time. This place would rather loose a repeat customer permanently rather be transparent regarding services. What a shame most of these nail places operate like this. Taking advantage based on prejudice and thinking their client is naive. You cannot place a priced menu in front of a customer and then have them leave paying DOUBLE that and your excuse is “you forgot” to tell me what is considered an entire added service on what most would consider a reasonable expectation included. WHAT SHAPE COMES WITH YOUR SERVICE ANYMORE????? I will not call the store for this visit, but instead say I will never be back! To get charged for this shape—ROUND-an extra $5 (correct it will not break my bank) is absolutely ridiculous!!!! She shortened my nails and also did this! Include the shape in your dang prices! I asked the owner and she said yes $5 extra and last time I didnt charge you for squared round—OK SO I WAS SUPPOSED TO PAY EXTRA FOR THAT SHAPE TOO? What is included!!!!!!
