The pedicure was meh. The guy who did my full set didn't shape them well and no cuticle care. The tech who did my nail color and design saved this from a 2 star. My husband's manicure was meh. But his pedicure looked really good.
Very unprofessional . I walked in said hi TWICE no greeting back and the lady was standing right in front of me at the desk then proceeded to walk away so I left .
I have been a long time customer of both Luxe Nails (Wilmington) and their sister shop (TLz Nails in Newark) and have generally been satisfied. My experience today was extremely disappointing so much so that I will not be returning. I had an appointment scheduled and arrived on time. After 20 min of not being serviced or even greeted by the nail technician, I asked how much longer would it be.
