If I can give them 10 stars I would! From the quality customer service to the quality nails! I had an appointment elsewhere but didn’t want to wait until the next day so I came here. I got there around 5:50pm and they still accepted my walk-in. I got a pedicure with gel and added tips with a full set and design. Worst salon ever, the lady who did pedicure and manicure, did not do properly and left everything incomplete, with some nails incomplete filing.I don't recommend
Got a brand new full set, at first it was great, done well and looked beautiful. At exactly 2 weeks, 8/10 nails peeled off clean! Not broken or chipped, peeled off like a sticker with my real nails fully intact. Called to see what they could do about it and I got yelled at with the worker telling me “idk what you did for 2 weeks, we don’t guarantee anything” I was told to come in and pay for a refill which I would’ve gotten anyway, and they would redo the set. After seeing the positive reviews, I was excited to visit for a gel manicure and pedicure. However, the man who did my nails (Kenny) rushed through both and I’m extremely disappointed in the results. First, my gel manicure didn’t even last a week. After three days, multiple nails had started to come off and now (6 days post-appointment), I’ve already lost four entirely and four more are peeling/chipped.
