I’ve been a loyal client at this salon for a long time, always seeing Tracy and loving her work, she’s kind, skilled, and meticulous. Unfortunately, my recent experience was deeply disappointing. Tracy was on vacation, so I booked with another technician, trusting I’d still receive quality service. I requested a simple ombré nail, but what I left with was completely different from what I asked for.
