The place was very clean and had really good reviews so i decided to try it out, my friend and i went and were immediately greeted by the staff. We both had reference photos of what we wanted and neither of our nails turned out like the pictures. The staff acted like any change we wanted to make was a huge inconvenience. I asked for a different red before she started the design. The nails took 2 hours and still look rushed, the hearts all look wonky and some even just look like blobs. Originally I was pleased with this place but my last visit was horrible , the stylist was too concerned with doing her own nails to actually service me , didn’t even tell me she was done just left me at the pedicure bowl while she and another tech played on her hands , just got to benbrook nails it’s cleaner and more professional. Its a shame because there are some nice workers here but not worth the trouble
I had such a relaxing experience! The customer service here is great ! Jayson was so helpful and did a great job shortening my nails . Very fair prices for all you get . I’ll be back
They were very clean, friendly and patient. No complaints they did an amazing job on my nails. Thank you to my new nail shop
