Today was my third time here. My last manicure was by Tee ( I believe that's her name) and today by Alice, some of the best manicures I think I've ever had. Alice took so much time and effort shaping my nails to perfection, every step of the way she asked me if I was satisfied. I recently moved here and came here for the first time a month ago. The place is nice and clean and check in process is very easy . I had a gel refill done by Helen ($45) she was so great! My nails lasted four weeks and I probably could have gone another week or two ! I called today to go back and get my nails done after a month and they said she was off so I was placed with Sharon . The owner is very passive aggressive when it comes to the best nail technician Hanna. She forces the less experienced technicians on you even when you have an appointment. My services cost 110-135 dollars and I want to be satisfied with my service every time. I travel 45 minutes each way to support this business. Lastly, the owner told me they only accept cash however I have seen other customers pay with card from time to time. I will not return again. Best of luck Hanna..
Regretting going to this salon. It was nice they take walk ins but their techniques weee horrible. This is less than 12 hours, the edges aren’t cleaned and I’ll come off quickly. Tech wasn’t focused. Pricing is also unclear, I was told $45 for dip nail first, then I was told $50 when I was paying. Then I checked their web site and it says $40 for dip power overlay. Not going there again. And see the owners comment below, has no mention about poor condition of my nail.
