Braider canceled my appointment, she said she would refund my deposit but never did. Appointment was booked more than a month in advance. Hair washed, up early, arrived at a FAKE location and after messaging on IG when I arrived was told she had another client and to come another day/time. I was on a tight schedule and only wanted a refund but that never happened. THIS IS A SCAM
