Got a nice 10k gold necklaces for the best price in the mall by far. Will be returning to make more purchases. The woman that helped me was very nice and answered all my questions.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Luxe Jewelry. We purchased a gold bracelet in December as a Christmas gift and spent nearly $400 on it. By early March, the bracelet had already broken. We were charged $50 for the repair and had to wait several weeks to get it back. After finally getting it returned, it broke again within just two weeks. We brought it back and were charged another $50 to fix the exact same bracelet. Now, after 2 weeks, it has broken yet again. I had some earrings custom made in 10kt gold. I could not find my Guage earring in gold anywhere. I left one of my earrings with them for a model. They stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. They sent me a copy of the design from the model earring i left, using a designing software beforehand to confirm that everything was correct. I am extremely happy with the turnout.
