very disorganized, scheduled me for the wrong service, with the wrong stylist. They were not accommodating when I called, and simply stated that things happen. This was a mistake on there fault and should have been bending over backwards to fix it. The receptionist is to busy gossiping, and my stylist stated he doesn't do that service on the weekdays.
