Hugo has been a fantastic person to work with. In our original order in 2024 we had a few last minute changes that he was able to accommodate easily and quickly then. Recently, over a year since Hugo installed treatments in our home, we ran into an issue with one of our shades and we also made our own separate modification to one of the shades that didn't work out great -- Hugo just came over and fixed both of the issues without a question! Hugo and Joep did a good job for us--good communication, sensitive to budget, and willing to come back (if needed) to get the work done until it's perfect. Fully recommend.
We ordered blinds for our entire house through Luxe Drapery and Shades. Hugo took great care of us from start to finish. He helped us choose the right blinds for all the rooms taking time to explain the pros and cons of each type of blind. Hugo was also onsite to install all the blinds and quick to respond to a couple follow up visits after the installation. Customer service has been above and beyond. Highly recommend Luxe Drapery and Shades!
Too bad I’m limited to Five Stars! Labor Day weekend and power shades won’t budge. Hugo took time and incredible patience to walk me through the battery recharge and reprogramming procedure. After numerous calls and his unwavering, clear and positive communication I got everything working. Truly saved the weekend. Finally a company that “gets” the true meaning of customer service. Thanks Again Hugo!!
