We were there for an event by Instant Karma, so not sure who is responsible for mismanagement. Food was not good, finished within first hour. Same with drinks. In a VIP seating charging $120, they served champagne in plastic disposable glass. Only good thing was the weather as it was not foggy and you can enjoy. And the dance floor at upper deck.
Luxe Cruises and Events was the perfect choice for our wedding reception. Every staff member from the event coordinator, to the captain, to the waitress staff were amazing! Everyone was so kind and accommodating. I truly have 0 complains! The day was simply perfect! 10000/10 would recommend to use Luxe Cruises and Events for your next event!
We were fortunate to be invited to an amazing party on the Merlot Luxury Cruise ship!!! The yacht was gorgeous, clean, and beautifully decorated. The dinner was all delicious and the service was excellent. There was a DJ with dancing and beautiful SF City views. It was all wonderful but ended too soon! We loved it and could have partied all night! Highly recommend!!!
This is the easiest party to put together. We had a party group of 74 and we were lucky enough to take out the Cabernet Sauvignon Yacht for a 4 hours cruise on the bay. Toby and the team at Luxe Cruise did everything. All I did was pick the food. The table decorations was perfect for my husband's 50th bday. The food was amazing. Everyone loved the food and had a great time. The party ended to soon. I will definitely do this again. Thank you for an unforgettable afternoon.
We held our 20th class reunion aboard the Pinot Noir and Toby helped us through the entire process with ease! From day one, all communications were seamless, thorough, and very friendly. We were able to visit the boat multiple times before the event to ensure logistics for decor, photobooth, etc. The cruise coordinator Jessica, made our night one to remember!
