I have recently chosen Luxcare for my 95 yr old mum for her HCP services. I'm really happy with everything, the personal carers are wonderful and so are the other services. My mother is really happy also as they provide quality time with her and lovely conversations. Happy days for us we have the good fortune to be serviced by Luxe care. All the carers we have had seem to know instinctively how to treat us and our needs. We have formed a special bond with Ruby. Our manager has always explained everything to us in a form we can understand, especially the implications for us. Some if not all government regulations are so complicated, seemingly deliberately so as to confuse those of us not conversant with computers.
