We've had date night twice at Luxe Burger & both times it was very enjoyable . The food was mouth watering - cheesy burgers ! 🤤& my boyfriend absolutely LOVED their Twinkie Shake (alcoholic) . The first time we went is was PACKED . The second time - this past weekend -- it was slightly empty at the dining area but the bar had customers . 3pm on a Sat - no one there yet EVERYTHING came out like warm or cold. Nothing has any taste. Wait staff was excellent at least
The service was horrible. The place was nearly empty on a Sat night. That should have been a clue. The order, mac and cheese for my daughter and a build a burger for me, took over an hour. They messed up the the mac the first time. Offered a free app, which we didn't want. That even came out late. Once we got our order, they were wrong. The mac and cheese was burnt and had Buffalo chicken on it instead of regular chicken and my burger didn't have the smoked bacon on it. The staff are terrific, fun atmosphere and great food. Especially the French Onion Burger which is s BYOB special.
One hour until we got our food, 45 minutes without seeing our waitress, multiple mistakes. "This is just how it rolls sometimes" from the manager. Red Robin has this place beat all to hell. My burger was good.
