Have wanted to try Luxe for some time. Decided to go during Waterfire Saturday night. When we walked in the hostess ignored us and then walked away. She came back and we asked for a table and she acted like it was a problem. There was a bus boy cleaning and she asked him about a table he was cleaning. Good food, the Ahi tuna nachos were a nice surprise very tasty. Our waitress, Nicole, was excellent. We'd definitely go back.
Loved it, the food is great, our waitress wasn't as great though.

Went there tonight. What a terrible experience. Food was quite good but the service was not. Employees seemed too busy hanging out in the back to notice customers. The straw that broke the camel's back was waiting almost 10 minutes for the waiter to come back so I could pay the bill. Ended up bringing it up to the bar myself because I still couldn't see him.
