Just was serviced for the Bohemian waist length large braids I secured by paying a $40 deposit online for what I thought was an available appointment on 7/8/23 on the booking website there are many rules on being late so I was on time all for the owner Grace to act as if there was no appointment for the 9am slot she has to find my paid deposited appointment all to ask if I could come Monday when I was wanting to get my hair braided for a trip I was leaving for on Wednesday. This is the most amazing salon I’ve ever been to in H-Town. The experience there is phenomenal. The energy from the stylist and staff is so satisfying. Their always willing to connect with you on both a personal and professional level to meet your expectations. Its a great place for all your beauty needs. Once I was running late for an event and I was able to get my make up done. I highly recommend this place to all. You will not be disappointed.
Grace is soooo friendly and with a welcoming spirit. I didn’t get much service. All I really needed was a wash and braid it down and even that felt awesome. You should definitely come and check her out very professional in the atmosphere is so pretty.
