Worst service by the hairdresser and the company. It is truly sad they run to Facebook and delete my review. I was honest and you people are not. Yelp! Here I come. Long story short these two pictures show my hair and how it looked two weeks ago versus now. They would not help me nor even attempt to help. I'll gladly go elsewhere but people need to know you could care less about your customers.
Melisa Valenzuela can turn a dapper gentleman out of the most bedraggled of us guys! She is great with consulting with her clients and giving them superb cuts. Before Melissa, I was never asked "Who cuts your hair?!" Do yourself a favor: call Luxe and get set up with Melissa.
I love my stylist Melissa Valenzuela. I have gone through many hair stylists and have never found one even half as good as her. She always does exactly what I ask and I know it will come out perfect every time. She is by far the best stylist in Fayetteville. Love love love her!
