I ordered a few items from this store online. The stone mortar came broken. I emailed them right away with pictures of the broken item and they were quick to respond and sent a new mortar immediately. I was so happy and impressed with their customer service!
Love all Luxe B beautiful pieces. Always brining in new items and have such a wide range of styles. Their products are high quality. Would highly recommend visiting their showroom.
Incredibly poor customer service. I would never purchase from this company. My credit card information was stolen, and a fraudulent purchase was made through their website. I contacted the company immediately to report the unauthorized transaction and requested that the order be canceled. Instead of helping, they refused to cancel the order and were dismissive of my concerns, and followed up with them disputing it with my cc company.
