I had a great experience with Victor at Luxe Auto Repair / Luxe Electrical Inc. Victor was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained what was going on, and corrected it efficiently. It’s refreshing to work with someone who truly knows their craft and takes pride in their work. I highly recommend Victor and Luxe to anyone looking for honest, high-quality service.
TL;DR: IMHO, they do good work. But, they will try to get you to spend more than needed. Always good to get a second/third opinion. I don't normally post reviews like this, but I hope it helps others make more informed decisions. I only dealt with Victor from the beginning and he was a cool guy. Shout out these guys at Luxe. They fixed my 04 Dodge Dakota that’s been a nightmare the past year. Had other mechanics screw me over and my truck got to the point where it wouldn’t start. Multiple mechanics came and tried to work on it but ended up giving up and still charged me their service fee. These guys let me drop my truck off overnight while they were closed bc of my work schedule.
