Living here has been such a great experience, and a lot of that is thanks to our property manager, Yanelis. She’s incredibly kind and thoughtful—always checking in, super responsive, and genuinely cares about making sure we’re comfortable and happy. I liked this complex, but I was very disappointed when I decided to get my deposit back. Half of the deposit was deducted for repairs of non-existent damages, and I couldn’t get the remaining part on the first attempt. I had to call several times, follow up, and clarify details. That was very unprofessional on your part. You’re quick to accept money in the Intracoastal office, but when it comes to returning the deposit, it becomes a real hassle.
The best place to live in miami super good vibes I never get board. In this building is safe and allot of resident events ! People also nice I totally recommend it. ❤️
Hermoso eficicio, excelente servicio de todo el personal de administración especialmente la manager Yanelis, eres la mejor. La comunidad es muy limpia y segura. Realmente es un excelente lugar lo recominedo. Me encata vivir en esta hermosa propiedad con mi familia.
