I came to Olivia to get a botched haircut fixed. (Should have gone to her from the beginning) she’s done my hair in the past at a different location and she ALWAYS listens to what I want and doesn’t disregard any of my concerns or wants! She doesn’t mind answering my many questions or explaining what she’s doing. Her amazing work shows how talented she is and how she doesn’t stay in a mundane box! Kacidie is phenomenal! She always listens closely to what I want and asks questions to make sure she understands. The location is great and there is plenty of parking. Very nice inside and clean too! Scheduling is so easy, and you get text reminders and even calendar reminders for appointments - which helps me so much. I have been going to Kacidie for almost 5 years now and could not be happier with my hair! She is also a friend, and Kacidie is a great person overall. Make an appointment!!
