This company’s service is so poor… After they sale the property they don’t care to provide any services even if in new properties there is damage. We had water heater leakage so bad that it was flooding in our house in December 2021 and nobody from company ever responded to our email or phone call. Nobody in there office location pick up call or care to give warranty services. It’s been 2 months and no body came to our house to replace water heater…
Do not buy your home from Luxcom. They have not made a single moment of our first home buying process enjoyable. They are not responsive to emails or phone calls, they give zero updates on the progress of your build, and they have staff who give false information about your home buying process. I am very excited to see my home completed, but I am very disappointed with Luxcom’s customer service. Would not recommend!
Everything about this builder is just horrible! If I could give this place a negative review, I would. I’m writing about their development in Wellington, FL. Let me start with the ONE positive thing. Caroline and Kelly from sales have been amazing, honest, patient and informative throughout our entire process. (Prior to this they have switched sales people multiple times...wonder why!)
