The staff at Lux are so amazing! Friendly and professional. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and they are my favourite by far.

The staff member named Mia treated me very poorly. She was dismissive, unfriendly, and made me feel unwelcome as a customer. This level of service is unacceptable. I will not be returning, and none of my family members will come here again either.
Mia always is so professional and she does such an amazing job and is quick! She is accommodating with allowing me to bring my baby along and stop and care for her as needed!
I got my nails done today and she was EXTREMELY RUDE, was snapping at me, cut me in mutiple spots, didnt add half of the design I asked for, made my cats look like bunnies (felt like it was on purpose cause she was getting pissed off at me for HER curing machine not working). She barley talked to me, and kept shoving my hand back to me.
