Called to verify they took walk ins, was told no. Made apt, arrived but they were running behind. Huge clean place with tons of chairs but only two ppl working the whole place. They had lots of ppl come in wanting services saying they made apts online. They were asked to come back or told will be 30 min wait. I got a pedicure. It was very rushed. Didn’t do great job, did not clean under my toe nails at all. This place ok if you are in a pinch but don’t expect much. They don’t comprehend English very well.
Lux Nail Salon is a wonderful place to get pampered! The salon is clean, spacious, and comfortable, with 16 nail stations and 14 pedicure stations, so they can accommodate plenty of clients. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of service. I definitely recommend calling ahead to schedule an appointment, especially if you’re planning to visit during a busy time. A great salon for a relaxing manicure or pedicure!
I should have read reviews before booking! Also booked online, received a confirmation and when we showed up there were 2 nail techs - both with other clients. I thought maybe they were just running late but after waiting 15 minutes (and no one looking near done) we walked out. As we walked out the door the gentleman said “only 12 more minutes!” Umm no thank you. I drove 35 minutes and planned my morning around an appointment and you had no intention on honoring that. The worst pedicure I have ever had. She never massaged, she just stroked my feet and legs. The hot rocks were rubbed on the top of my feet.
Terrible customer service! And, they did not provide the services as advertised! I feel like I wasted my money!
