Great prices and very nice staff. I have no complaints of anything when I get my pedicures.
They didn’t notify me of any up charges, told me to pick out a color and when I choose a matalic color from the shelf I guess that’s a $10 up charge (told at check out) my bill went from $70 for two gel polishes to $100 and when I asked about the up charges they just pointed at my fingers and said “oh well you choose it”. No gloves were being used, nothing got cleaned or washed in between customers and the guy who was helping me was coughing and sneezing all over my hands and the equipment. i have always been able to just walk in and they’ll take care of me right away. i have been getting my nails done for over 10 years. the cleanliness and professionalism is questionable sometimes - however my nails always come out perfect. i recommend ben, and im not sure who the girl is that does designs but she is wonderful as well. lots of options to choose from. i continue to be a customer.
