I am very disapointed, i made an appointment for 2:00 and didnt actually get a chair until 2:45. They took two walkins before me, I asked for a light pink color with french tips and only got french tips. When I told Sam I was suposed to have a light pink color under he said oh well i already finished. He also didnt cut my cuticles, clean off all the old nail polish or lotion my hands like you would normally when getting a manicure. Very disapointed and will probaly never return.
