When it’s good it’s good. When it’s bad, it’s terrible. I love going for the scrub’s by Alex. But recently their steam rooms have been subpar. Went a few days ago and the steam room was literally steam-less. I told one of the janitors about it he simply said “oh we checked the machines they’re fine.” There were literally men packed in like sardines in a room with no steam which I found to be quite laughable. JESSICA and Hanna are amazing, provide great customer serviceat the front desk. This is a nice beautiful spa, cheap entry price, great value for your money. Other front desk girls are stuck up, such a turn off. It's sad because it's such a great spa. People go to the spa for a happy time. So we woud greatly appreciate that customer service is top notch to set the right mood. There's 1 big hot tub and a cold tub, 5 very nice sauna rooms: clay room, salt room, napping rooms. Sunny is one of the best masseuse in town! Her scrub & massage is amazing.
Sooo... It's actually illegal to charge different prices based on race, gender, sexual orientation, ability status or anything like that. That's discrimination, and in violation of business laws. For this reason, I suggest everyone submit to the city to have this place shut down.
My mom and I enjoy this spa a lot. She comes every week Pros" It is very clean and organized. A lot types of saunas. Water is strong and soft. Cons" The manager took my mom's coupon card(discounted card) because we didn't come for a few months ..... my mom doesn't speak English, so she didn't say anything.... I was so shocked when she told me🤨🤨 Bad business model
