I gave them an extra star because they did fit in the appointment last minute. I had my first facial today. The facial itself was good, however for the entire hour someone in the room next to us kept dropping what sounded like metal trays and slamming things on counters and slamming cabinet doors. I couldn’t see what was going on but it sounded like someone was intentionally slamming things down. Not very relaxing. Especially when you’re paying $90 for an hour of relaxation. Joni was very thorough with my deep tissue/hot stone/ cupping session. I definitely felt it the next day. The atmosphere was very relaxing as well. I'll certainly be back. �
