after being taken to the back to "get comfortable" I noticed I had been laying there for quite some time. 35 minutes later the masseuse walked in. Gave me a 40 minute massage (I paid for an hour deep tissue) & since it was the day before Christmas Eve, I thought tipping her would be a nice gesture, but I made a point to notify the owner on Christmas Eve. BOTCHED BOTOX - Kay at Lux spa did my Botox and for the first time in over 3 years of getting Botox every 4 months, my eyebrows are crooked! I understand mistakes can be made. I called and I asked if she could look at it and fix it. When I got there she rudely said she would not fix it because I asked if it could make it worse (a reasonable concern).
