I genuinely feel misled by these reviews, which are either made by friends, family, or purchased to pad a certain reputation. Whether it was ineffective communication, infrequent correspondence, or simple ghosting, I feel Lux Services Reality (William Perez) did not portray nor prioritize the standards and practices promoted on their website. Still awaiting a response as to the outcome of our rental application...
First impression was great, but communication following was lackluster. Hopefully this isn’t the standard experience received.
