Went in for a simple trim and somehow Gigi, the worst ‘hair stylist’ I’ve ever seen, could barely manage that!! Not only was she completely rude and disrespectful, I’ve never seen a worst kept salon. Disgusting!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. This place should be shut down.
Gigi worked with me for a while to talk through the best haircut for me. I wanted to go short for a long time and I was very nervous about it. She listened to all of my worries and then made me feel like she really cared that I got something I would be happy with and it would work for my face. I think this haircut took the longest a haircut ever has for me. But in a very good way. I left incredibly happy and have gotten many compliments. Truly she gave me a rockstar treatment.
