I wasn’t going to write this because the salon gave me a refund and tried to right the situation. However, it’s been over 3 months since my appointment and my hair is still awful. I unfortunately don’t have any photos from the original haircut because I couldn’t even look at my hair without sobbing. I had an appointment with Bri. I’ve been going to this salon the past couple years getting my lashes done. I’ve had lash extensions before and now a lash lift, with service provided by the excellent Laura! She real listens and cares about your well-being. Plus I am known for sensitive eyes, so I tear up a little bit but that’s just how my body reacts. Fortunately, she knows how to still get the job done and I am so happy with how my lash lift turned out! Will be staying loyal to this place for awhile :)
Franky and the entire team here are amazing. It doesn’t feel like your traditional salon where you feel you have to fit a specific vibe. Everyone is sincerely and equally as caring and nice which is a rarity. Franky gives the magic touch in not just his professional work but in the way he talks to his clients and his team.
