Skylar was my stylist multiple times. We did a full balayage my first appointment, a half balayage my second appointment, and then dyed my hair back to brown my 3rd appointment. She has been consistent with amazing customer service, and quality results. I can confidently say she is the best hair stylist I’ve had, and one I plan to go back to as long as I am in the area. SKYLAR!!! I love getting my hair done by Skylar she is the BEST! I know I’m a stylist worst nightmare because I’m so indecisive, and don’t really truly know what I want. I show her inspo pictures and she’s able to educate me on what’s going to looks best on me, and what’s going to be the best for my hair so we don't compromise the integrity of my hair. Skyler 👎 Just moved to Durham and was recommended to go to Lux. When your a new client you get the one no one wants. Skyler has no business working in an upscale salon like this. She has no idea how to cut hair but more importantly her customer service was terrible. For the money she charges not only does she need to know how to cut hair but pay attention to her customers. I’ve been going to Natalie K. for years. She always does an amazing job—my cut always looks fresh, and flattering. She is very talented and always makes sure she understands what you want and addresses any concerns you might have. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist who truly knows their craft!
