I loved this place. A little pricier than I am used to but it was a special treat to myself. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. If I had to make any criticism, it’s that the ends were cut more blunt than I like. It could have been a miscommunication on my part.
Bri was extremely friendly, caring, and understanding. She was extremely thoughtful and unbelievably talented. The salon is absolutely gorgeous, and I felt comfortable throughout my service. I love my hair!
Heather was amazing really listened to what I wanted and did a phenomenal job I dont trust just anyone with my hair and I will be returning to her.
I want to start off by saying that I appreciate the convenience that Lux offers by providing high level services all in one place. I was able to book a wax appointment with Jill, followed by a hair cut and dye with Heather. I had my first hair appointment with Heather and was very impressed! I was nervous about having a new person work on my hair especially since I've had some bad experiences in the past. Heather is great! She is kind and asks a lot of questions about what you want so there is no miscommunication. She takes her time and has lots of patience! I went in due to last place that did my hair over processed it, broke off, fell out, so I was going shorter. I was scared and wanted to keep as much length as I could and make it healthier.
