May as well dip your fingers in paint... Rather than go here. My wife had her nails done here by Terry. Within 2 hours, one had fallen off. They reapplied it for her but the next morning three more had fallen off. As we are visiting, we couldn't keep going back to get them redone, so simply requested a refund. This was flatly refused and we were told it was my wife's fault. Terry, confirmed she is the manager and owner and that she didn't care. I'm here now, the women working here are all eating. It stinks like food, it's dirty, and several of the women are chewing with their mouths open. Overall the price is right, but the customer service and cleanliness are horrible! I am so grossed out and vow never to come here again.
Don't listen to all these winers below - they are really old reviews anyway. I've been to this salon many times and they are always courteous and even when they are very busy they manage to get me in and out quickly - no appointment. They do a good job and charge a reasonable rate. They listen to my requests and do it the way I like it done.
I don"t like this place. Once I had a manicure and pedicure and tipped $8.00 (close to 20%) and the guy came up to me and reminded me it was for 2 people, wanting me to pay more. Another time I got a gel manicure that should last 2 weeks and it was a mess after a few days. Don"t go here!
This was the worst!! When they opened and no one was waiting, they made me wait 15 min while they finished eating. Then they put tips on and said the person that needs to finish it will be coming in a minute. Over 1 hour later that person still isn't there. 1 hour and 20 minutes after I arrived there is still no one there to help me. I have to leave to go back to work. Not only did I waste my gas to get there, my 1 hour 30 minutes to get nothing done, I had to pay $1.50 to get out of the parking lot. Ugh!! That was the worst... read more
Awful! Stay Away from them! Horrible service, the lady spill alcohol on my suede shoes and still made me pay for my service although I stood up and was leaving in the middle of my pedicure-it wasn't even done and they charged me full price!! They ruined my shoes and made me pay for the half done pedicure. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Go somewhere else or this may happen to you too...
