I called the salon before going and was told Gel X was $40 for both hands. When I arrived, I told Hannah Vo that I wanted Gel X and mentioned it was my first time. However, Hannah Vo charged me $65—$25 more than what I was quoted—without explaining the additional charge beforehand. I later realized she charged me for a manicure, but she did not actually do a manicure or scrub/treat my hands; she only applied some cream at the end. My toe has been numb for 24 hours now and the toe looks infected. They had no reason to clip my nails they were in perfect condition. And she cut all my toe nails down to nothing basically not how I keep my toes at all.
