There was recently a less than flattering review of Lux Nails. I have to say that the person or persons that decided to post that review were pretty much not going to be happy no matter what remedy was offered them. I have been going there for years and will say they are professional, clean and as good as they come. The salon owner and her staff are wonderful, cordial people; dedicated to their business and craft. My mother and I have been coming here for many years, and we always have a wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and consistently does an amazing job on both our manicures and pedicures. We always leave happy with the results. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality service and a great experience!
I had my first appointment with Karen and it was amazing! She did a terrific job. The salon is so clean and everyone is very friendly. I am so happy to have found my new "home"
This place is so bad. They did my manicure and pedicure very bad. My nail ripped off the next day. When I came to fix it they told me I couldn’t. When I looked at my account I was charged triple of what it truly cost. I’m surprised this place is still in business. Please don’t come here. There are a lot better nail salons. I also was handled very aggressive by one of the nail technicians. My whole leg became red during the massages because he was rubbing it too hard. They are so unprofessional and laugh in your face.
