The pedicure itself was fine, but their equipment is not up to par, and the service was less then. The lady that helped me was passive aggressively rude, telling me what color not to get, making weird comments about hair, and it very much seemed rushed. The massage chairs also look older and felt like I was sitting on a metal bench. Thankfully my toes nails look good; only reason I’m giving two, instead of one star.

I debated leaving a review because my first 2 experiences with Lux were great, and I really liked everyone. After my last experience though, I won’t be coming back. I came in well before closing, but everyone was in a rush to leave. All the techs that were done and waiting to leave were packing up, chatting, and from what I could tell, heckling my tech to hurry up and she did just that. My nails turned out poor, I was uncomfortable because I felt like a burden, and then I was told to pay before my service was even done. Over... read more
I love it here. They always do a great job and are so kind. I won't go anywhere else. I love that they only do walk ins and not appointments. Would be so great if they opened another location in New Caldwell off hwy 20/26 next to the new Fred Meyers and Home Depot. There aren't any nail salons there and you'd get all the business. 🥰
