I have been to this salon before several times and have even left a positive review in the past (review is below) because I’ve genuinely had good experiences here. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. I paid $66 (plus tip) for a gel pedicure with callus removal and a paraffin treatment. The technician worked extremely fast, but not in a way that reflected quality or care. He cut me a couple of times during the pedicure. When applying the gel polish, he got color on my skin. I came in from out of town and needed my nails done. I saw they had great reviews but my experience was not that. I was left waiting at a table for 10 min before he even came to look at my nails. He left the foils on my nails for so long they started burning. My nails look like bubbles which 2as not normal and ge cut me multipel time and I got nail polish all over my hand. He was rude and aggressive and I nor my fiance felt welcomed.
REALLY BAD SERVICE. THAT GUY KEVIN DID A REALLY NASTY WORK. HE DIDN'T EVEN TRY.... NEVER AGAIN.... I ASKED THE FRONT DESK TO FIXED IT BUT THEY SENT ME TO WASH MY HANDS WITH SOAP..
From out of town and having a pedicure, quick service, very friendly
I had a very disappointing experience. The appointment felt extremely rushed from start to finish, and the staff came across as rude and uninterested in providing good customer service. I left feeling like they cared more about getting clients in and out quickly than making sure customers were happy with the service. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.
