One of the worst nail salon experiences I’ve ever had. First of all, the hygiene is absolutely unacceptable – no dust collector, the whole place was filled with nail dust while they were filing. No disinfection of tools, no gloves, and they used a dirty towel on my hands like it was nothing. The entire salon reeks of acetone and strong chemicals, and it’s honestly disgusting. First time, the technician did a good job, however, I told him I don’t want Gel on my feet and he did it, second he criticized my toes!! I did not like that! They charged a lot for cut, tip with credit card. Please be upfront with customer hidden fees are not a good way to get business.
