Just went to Lux Nails and Spa in Everett. Found it a bit pricey for a quick pedi. Felt very rushed. My big toe was smudged and yes it was fixed but kept smudging. Then my feet start to swell and get very red and hot!!!. When I told the acting Manger, she said no refund for an allergy or reaction to pedi! My daughter had just paid for both of us, almost $100.00. Awful 😖 not looking for a total refund just for my pedi...they wouldn't even meet us half way...so beware. Shameful and very disappointed 😞 last time here!
I absolutely love this nail salon! The space is spotless, modern, and peaceful. The staff always greets me with a smile, and they remember my preferences. My gel nails never chip and always look amazing for weeks. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails.
I’ve been going to Lux nails since it opened and have been satisfied with the outcome each time. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and they listen to your needs so you walk away with nails you want.
