Don’t know what changed randomly today but seemed like a whole different group of technicians from when I usually go. She rushed through the hybrid gel full set. I told her one nail felt loose and she said it wasn’t. She burned me badly w the drill then tried to say nothing was there. Two pointer fingers are different length. No cuticle clean up. $77 dollars when I’m normally charged $72. $5 for shaping of a full set is wild but if you’re going to charge it at least make sure it’s consistent
I always go to Anny as she always tries hard to make my wild ideas come true. I go just about every two weeks and even the way she takes off the polish doesnt harm my nails. My nails have never felt healthier considering how frequently I go. Sometimes I have no idea 2hat I want and I will just let her create. My polish lasts fully for two plus weeks. A Very Disappointing Experience After Years of Being a Loyal Customer I have been a client of Lux Nails for years, and although my daughter previously had an unpleasant experience here and stop going there, I personally had never had a reason to complain until today. I did manicure and pedicure with Anie, She did a great job. She's friendly and really nice. Must recommend everyone doing it with her .
