I went a few times because I kind of like how they did my nails. However the customer care is awful, the 3rd time I went they were in a rush like always but this time they didn’t let my nails dry enough and the next day were all cracked, so I returned to get them fixed and they put a different color and still didn’t do it right because the next day they cracked again and I called to let them know and they said that this time they were going to charge to get them fixed again which I don’t agree if they did a bad job again
Justin was great, everything was perfect and he was so kind!
Mia was absolutely wonderful! She took her time but was efficient and made sure to ask in between if I wanted to change anything. She has a very steady hand with designs, it is impressive! I recommend Lux Nails and Mia if you want a relaxing appointment and leave with beautiful nails! Thank you again Mia!
Tien was amazing and did everything i wanted. My nails turned out beautiful. Salon was super clean and everyone was friendly. Will definitely coming back!
