These are by far the worst set of nails I’ve had in years. They were crooked, bumpy, uneven and she left a ton of product under my nails. Not happy at all. I spent 2 hours filing on them when I got home to make them look decent.
I usually don’t leave negative reviews because I’m generally the type of person to stay quiet and move on. However, I’m disappointed with my experience, especially considering how much I paid for my nails. The shape and overall style were fine and matched what I asked for, but by the very next day, several of my nails were already starting to lift and peel. I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. Unfortunately, the staff who worked on my nails was unprofessional and seemed inexperienced. When I tried to explain what I wanted, she was not cooperative, and the overall service was very poor. The cuticle cleaning was not done properly, and the nail polish application looked messy and unfinished. The second staff member who later did the pedicure was also rude, and both of them were gossiping about me in front of me, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. De... read more
If I could put 0 stars I would. Didn’t get good service at all. I asked her to redo it at least twice and she seemed irritated. I paid $98 for this versus what I asked for. I went And got them redone immediately elsewhere and they had to redo the gelX because of how many air bubbles there was. They also said they couldn’t refund me.
Took my elderly mom here that needs mobility accommodations for a mani pedi. They immediately recognized her needs and did an excellent job of working with her to make sure she was comfortable.
