No no no. Health and sanitation concerns. I walked in to see if they had time for a pedicure. The lady said I was next in line. I watched older male tech finish up and start to fill the same bowl for me without sanitizing it, so I asked if could wash it out or cover it with a plastic liner. BEWARE the butcher! Ladies, if you enjoy being shocked by gross negligence, then by all means—ask for Johnny. Turns out, he owns the place. How sad. I'll be contacting the city and numerous other government entities about his ongoing harassment, as he taken to online bullying now. It’s a NO for me. Ladies, if you enjoy being talked over, dismissed, and highly disappointed, then by all means—ask for Johnny. He somehow managed to turn simple feedback into a hostile, defensive spectacle that was wildly unnecessary. No solutions were offered. No empathy given. No accountability taken. Charming, right? The worst I've ever seen. Warning. Johnny is a bully to women. He's easy to spot. Just look for the guy reclining in the corner salon chair, with his shoes off, scrolling his phone totally unbothered by the concept of customer service or good manners.
