I usually love this place and overall the people here do a great job. But this was the first time I was super disappointed in my nails and almost wanted to cry. I spent three hours just wanting an ombre look. And instead of someone telling me they didn’t really have anybody who could do it right now. I just spent $75 on nails that I just don’t love. I’m really in tears right now.

Don't do walk in. I went last week just to get a French tip painted on my real nails and it was the biggest waste of $40 ever. It's already coming off and the guy was rushing so much my nails weren't even cut even and the French tips he painted weren't even close to even. It's literally been 5 days. My French tips I had before he re did them would have looked better still at this point and I had them done a month ago in Sanford

My nails look incredible! Beautiful salon, friendly staff, reasonably priced and I really felt like he was taking the time to make sure it looked good, which means so much. The gentleman who did my gel polish mani/pedi killed it. Will be back for sure. Thanks guys!!

I’ve recently started going here and have had great experiences until today… I got a basic pedicure and he cut my big toe nail way to far down to where my toe was bleeding. & he was rough in general & I communicated that.. I told the lady up front about it and she apologized but there was no discount given or anything to make me feel comfortable enough to come back. I hate to leave bad reviews but it was unacceptable! Now my toe has to look like this until the nail grows back .. I’ve attached a picture of both of my big toes... read more
