Too expensive. Charged 3% credit card fee at the end. Not worth the money. I have spent less money in big cities for this overpriced salon.

Just went in with an appointment for a simple gel manicure. Staff is beyond rude, except for the girl at the front desk who greeted me. One staff member was munching on potato chips while sitting in the window watching videos on her phone. Another staff member was giving herself a pedicure the entire time. My nail tech didn’t say a word to me except “wash your hands”… and who I’m assuming is the owner just stayed on the phone the entire time. Unfortunately had to give up on this place. They hired a new young lady who ripped my toenails apart and was honestly just really rude. I don't expect 100% of your attention but I do expect you not to be watching Netflix while you're providing a service that requires some attention. They've gone through quite a bit of staff and I have seen really good techs come and go. Unfortunately, there are just too many options for this service in the immediate area for them to be dropping the ball this hard.
