Literally the worst $50 I’ve ever spent. Man that did my nails was very much rough and acted aggravated that I wanted dip. They’re super thick and bulky, shapes are off, and they look like I’ve went and scraped them on concrete because you can see the filing marks from where he just covered it with the top coat. Had them 3 days and already are chipping and polish is soft/doesn’t feel cured completely. Super disappointing since I’ve seen the good work that they do here..😞

Came in for a dip powder manicure on my natural nails. Lisa was great! Very kind and professional. She paid very close attention to details and took her time rather than rushing me through. I am very pleased with how they turned out. On top of this everything appeared clean and the environment was very calm.

Usually have an enjoyable experience here, the staff is typically friendly and does a good job. This time, however, I had a male nail technician working with me who got offended when I asked him to file the tip of my nail straight so it wouldn’t look lumpy. I asked him to clarify about the color because I brought a picture to show the design I wanted, he said he’s the nail technician and I’m not so he knows what color it is. This is absolutely rude behavior, will not be going again.

Just want to start by saying that the cuticle damage is ALL ME not from the service I received today. You can tell they are perfectionist in their work and the results are a direct reflection of just that!!! Thank you guys so much, I will be a returning customer in the near future :)
