Nails look horrible. Crooked and bulky. Acted aggravated that I asked for them to be fixed. This will be the last time coming here.
Had nails done with dip, six days later returned with three nails chipped. Oh she fixed them but charged the full price to redo all nails. Then that set started pulling away from nails. Nope, not again. Hope you don't wonder why your business is going down. Worst place for nails besides the other nail place next door.
Made an appointment yesterday for 11am today “ walk ins welcome , appointments appreciated “ so thought I’d help out. I was greeted and let them know I had one . No one even started my nails until over an hour later . A woman who came in shortly after me, even left. Finally, the tips were glued on and suddenly the nail tech left to do a woman’s eyebrows . Literally the worst $50 I’ve ever spent. Man that did my nails was very much rough and acted aggravated that I wanted dip. They’re super thick and bulky, shapes are off, and they look like I’ve went and scraped them on concrete because you can see the filing marks from where he just covered it with the top coat. Had them 3 days and already are chipping and polish is soft/doesn’t feel cured completely. Super disappointing since I’ve seen the good work that they do here..😞
