Me and my friend and my partner went today. I had a couple of people telling me to go there the lady in there was super sweet. Loved the service and loved the prices. Prices were better than most salons I've been to

It’s an amazing place when I can get the workers I request. Lately the appointment setter ( Loan) will tell me that my person it’s available and that I can pick someone else and then when I go in I get the worst service ever. Plus the person i requested didn’t have a client and was just sitting. When I point out that I wanted this specific person they told me no a continued on the service with another person. Had Shellac done on granddaughter washed right off of her nails with the first handwashing after leaving. No alcohol rub after they were cured and they stated wasn't needed but her nails were sticky, still unable to reach anyone. Money wasted. Not to mention, it was extremely hot in there.
