EDIT IN RESPONSE TO REPLY BY OWNER: This was not some simple misunderstanding- I specifically stated I needed a fill cut down and 2 nails repaired on the phone before coming. The 3rd was slightly loose but didn't need replacement, but recommended by original tech. Regardless, I still received poor quality nails, the girl was unprofessional facetiming on her phone and answering calls entire time while I paid for a service, I did not any gel basecolor despite explaining 15 times to her and the woman next to her I simply decide... read more
