I have been here several times between 9:30-10:00. The shop states they open at 9:30 no one was there. Finally one lady showed up around 10:10. No apology. No one else showed up until 10:30. Another time I came in, there were no other customers in the shop. There was one lady "working" who was on the phone. She made me wait for 15 minutes while she finished her personal call. Again, no apology. The man (owner?/manager?) is also extremely rude. Terrible customer service. I won't be back.
